Investment Range: $25,000 to $100,000 for high-growth startups at the pre-seed and seed stages.
Growth-Focused Funding: Our capital supports companies positioned for rapid growth, anticipating multiple investment rounds as they scale.
True Partnership: At Antom, we invest as partners in your business—your success is our success.
Return on Investment: We realize returns through liquidity events, such as a company sale or IPO.
Flexible Investment Structure: Typically executed through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) structure.
Beyond Capital: Alongside funding, we offer strategic guidance, mentorship, networking, and critical support at pivotal stages.

Loan Options: $25,000, $50,000, or $100,000 for environmental impact companies requiring rapid financing to fuel growth.
Aligned Partnership: Antom joins you as a strategic partner, sharing in both the risks and rewards of your success.
Revenue Sharing Repayment: Loan repayment starts from month 19, with 5% of monthly sales allocated for repayment over the next 7 years.
Repayment Cap: Total repayment is capped at 4x the loan amount, meaning if this threshold is reached before 7 years, the loan is considered fully repaid.
Equity Participation in Exits: In the event of a company sale, Antom retains a 1% stake in the exit value.

We target ventures that are guided by one or more of the following impact metrics:
CO2 mitigation and sequestration
Amount of GHG emissions that the projects either avoid or capture (measured in Gt Eq).
Biodiversity increase
Potential of a project to increase quantity and/or quality of biodiversity in its area of influence.
Hectares
Area of land a project contributes to protect, monitor or restore.
Waste / pollutants reduction
Amount of waste or pollutants a project helps to avoid.

We’re looking for projects that aim to turn traditional monoculture farming with intensive use of synthetic fertilizers/pesticides into sustainable agriculture; with approaches like agroecology or regenerative agriculture. Keywords: Agtech, productive landscapes.

Another point of interest for us are ventures that prevent land use change (that is, turning native ecosystems into farms) or that aim to regenerate degraded soils. Keywords: environmental regeneration, refi.
Food
We support projects that help improve these aspects of food production and consumption: food waste reduction, migration to plant-based diets, healthy diets.

Financing
We have different funding options that can be adjusted to the needs of each project:
Credit: Access to credit is one of the main constraints to growth in Latin America. We help break this barrier through flexible loans of USD 25,000 to USD 100,000, depending on each venture’s features.
Equity: We invest in early-stage startups with growth potential. Our tickets go from USD 25,000 to USD 100,000.
Mentoring
The impact-driven ventures we support are our partners, and as such we want to be there when they need us! Money is just one of the ways we can help; there are others that can be as important or more.
Thanks to our entrepreneurial experience and deep technological and environmental knowledge, we are always ready to help and guide entrepreneurs through strategic decisions.
