CIRCCLO. Tech innovation to end single-use plastic packaging

Why We Support This Project

Plastic pollution is a global problem. Every year 19-23 million tonnes of plastic waste leaks into aquatic ecosystems, polluting lakes, rivers and seas
— PNUMA
We will not recycle our way out of the plastic pollution crisis: we need a systemic transformation to achieve the transition to a circular economy
— Inger Andersen, UNEP Executive Director

How It Works

Circclo's software helps businesses and users understand the lifecycle of reusable packaging, such as coffee cups or bottles, enabling them to easily visualize the economic and environmental benefits of the circular model, and supporting them in the transition away from single-use plastics.
